Will it fit Ruger 556?

Yes, the short and carbine extended versions should fit, however the Ruger 556 is notoriously tight when changing handguards, so some extra effort or even minor fitment could be needed.

If your Saint is the model with a plastic handguard, then the mid length (8.5") model will be compatible.

The inside diameter is not provided by the manufacturer as this is not a free float handguard and is not meant to fit a gas block inside of the handguard.

No, these are for the AR15 platform only. The AR10 platform takes a different spec.
