Will 30 round AK magazines fit in the pouches?

The VISM Military Tactical Vest magazine pouches will accommodate a multitude of different magazines including AK magazines, M4 magazines, and more. This vest also has pistol mag pouches that will accommodate single stack and double stack pistol magazines.

Which hydration bladder is compatible with the XL size version of this vest?

NcStar does not list compatible hydration bladders. It is a small pocket, so the actual bladder would need to be small, something like a 1-2 liter hydration bladder would likely be the most appropriate.
