No, however the 4-14x50 is available in FFP and can be found here:

Not knowing for sure what the diameter of that specific barrel is, we'll have to give you the information below for this setup.
If the diameter of your barrel is .825" or smaller (Sendero Style), you can go with the 1" Medium rings- Part number A101
If the diameter of the barrel is over .825", you will have to go with the 1.125" High rings- Part number A107
You can certainly use the Unimount on this rifle. Some users won't like how high it sets the optic. With the adjustable cheek piece it would be easy to use. If you went with traditional rings, I would recommend 1.125" in height.
The NightForce SHV 5-20x56mm Rifle Scope weighs 29.1 oz/825 g (non-illuminated models) and 30.5 oz/865 g (illuminated models).
The Tac A1 is a flat top rifle that we would recommend no lower than 1.375" with most people being most comfortable at 1.5".
The R5 is an AR style rifle so I assume you mean the 700 5R. For that rifle we recommend no lower than 1.125"
This optic subtends correctly at 20x magnification.
I would recommend using the Extra High NightForce ULTRALITE 30mm Titanium/Alloy Ring Set, which can be found by using the link below:

The first link below will work for the eyepiece of the NightForce SHV 5-20x56mm Rifle Scope. The objective lens cover at the second link below will work for the objective lens.

I would recommend a 1.5" ring height (A221 or A496). You might be able to go a size lower. As with all mounting hardware these are just my suggestions, there may be factors I don’t know about and there are many other ways to mount this optic to your rifle. I highly recommend mock mounting everything first to ensure it is what you are looking for.
