The Pearce Grip, Grip Extension should fit, but may require minor modification to get a perfect fit to your P80.

Yes. The Pearce Grip, Grip Extension fits the Gen 3 Glock 26, 27, 33, and 39. It will add 5/8" additional length for better control and comfort.

This is made from essentially the same high impact polymer that the Glock frame is made from, it should not have any sharp edges.
