The Pelican VAULT V770 Single Rifle Case does have an Oring to seal the case from moisture and dirt.

Is this case Approved by TSA for domestic flying. I need this to work for October domestic flight!

While the case can be used for air travel, you would still need to source TSA approved locks for the case as this Pelican has no locks which means by itself it would not be approved. If you have further questions regarding TSA's travel regulations and compliance, please refer to the TSA's website:
