The Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc Extended Bolt Release would provide the same issue as the BAD lever with the release making contact with your receiver, which will cause this mag release to not function properly.

Do these fit tighter in the mounting channel so they don't wobble like the other brand does? I know that there could be some differences with lowers.

The Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc Extended Bolt Release will fit on a Mil-Spec lower so it will most likely fit. However, there is no guarantee as it is somewhat dependent on the upper as well.

Will this work with a milspec lower that has an MCX Regulator upper (Installed using the Sig AR-15 Adapter)?

Yes, the EBRv3 works with the SIG MCX from the factory or when using the MCX upper installed on a MilSpec lower receiver.

There should be no issues running the Extended Bolt Release v3 on the DD MK18.

The EBR will work if the system uses the standard Mil-Spec AR bolt catch. It will not work if uses their proprietary integrated ambi bolt catch system.
