Compatible with Geissele SSA trigger ? I know there are some issues with SOME of the BAD 45/90 selectors and some Geissele triggers

I personally have run into this issue with the Battle Arms safeties as well in the 45 degree set up. Unfortunately you MAY run into an issue with the Radian in the 45 degree set up as well. We have no way to guarantee that it will definitely function and both companies have admitted to their being compatibility issues.

I still use the 90 degree throw, are there any issues with a geissele spp that anyone knows about?

This should work with all Geissele AR triggers.

The Radian Weapons Talon Ambidextrous 45/90 Safety Selector can not be used as a three position selector.

Will this work for the s&w m&p ar15-22 rifle?

The Radian Weapons Talon Ambidextrous 45/90 Safety Selector will not work with the M&P15 22. The model at the link below is the model you need for that rifle.

The Talon is compatible with most semi-automatic AR15 & AR10/SR25-pattern rifles as well as MCX and MPX platforms.

Can you run this as a single side? keeping the opposing lever off?

Yes, the retaining pin for the rotating selector shaft works the same as the original (I'm not saying the OE pin will work as smoothly on this one, but it says it comes with it's own pin) and it will work as both single side or ambi. I'm planning on doing the same thing with it.
