I personally have run into this issue with the Battle Arms safeties as well in the 45 degree set up. Unfortunately you MAY run into an issue with the Radian in the 45 degree set up as well. We have no way to guarantee that it will definitely function and both companies have admitted to their being compatibility issues.

Had the same issue with the geissele trigger ssa when using the 45 degree position, 90 works fine.

I recently installed the Geissele SSA with this Ambidextrous Safety and here's what I experienced: ¹ I Could not engage Fire Mode without pushing Lever Past the Stop position. ² It disengaged every 2 rounds using only 62g 5.56. (Local gunsmith said there's an issue with some part of the indent, which allows the Lever to Lock fully into Fire mode. He showed me exactly where it was but I don't recall the specific name of it. So I can do is remember it looked like a Molded Detent area.)
