Will this work with the hs-407k X2 series

The Ruger 57 Optic Base Adapter Plate is designed to fit optics that utilize the J-Point/Shield RMS mounting footprint. The Holosun 407K/507K both use a modification to the Shield footprint and can be compatible if you are willing to do some modification. The two rear indexing lugs on the plate would need to be removed, and the front two lugs would need to be shortened. Once you have done that, you can fit a 407K/507K to this plate.

No, unfortunately not. This plate will fit optics with the Shield footprint.
