This model holster will not accommodate your PPQ. We do carry a 7TS model that will be compatible with a 4" PPQ M1 which can be found by using the link below. Unfortunately, we do not currently carry a 7TS holster for 5" variants.

The Safariland 7360 7TS ALS/SLS Mid-Ride Level III Retention Duty Holster is not compatible with the TLR-9 or 1911 model pistols.

For that particular pistol, you will need the 7360-278-411.
This will fit the Sig P226. This is not made to fit the Sig P220, and I am unfortunately unable to tell you if it is compatible with your Smith & Wesson without the model. The "Gun Models" drop down will tell you what models and calibers this is compatible with.
There are right and left handed models available. There are models available for the HK VP9, but not for the CZ P-10 C or the Walther PPQ M2.
Yes, this holster has the standard Safariland 3-hole pattern, making it compatible with the QLS System. This already has a Mid-Ride UBL included, so it would just take mounting the QLS Receiver Plate to the UBL and the QLS Fork to the holster and you should be all set.
Yes, this will fit the Sig P226.
