If you are referring to the SLx Compact with the Cyclops reticle, this should be comaptible.

COWITNESS HEIGHT: absolute - 36 mm (1.42") OR lower third - 40 mm (1.57")

Would this mount work with HOLOSUN - HS510C or Holosun AEMS?

No. The Holosun HS510C uses its own proprietary footprint. However, There are mount options for it from American Defense Manufacturing found using the following link.

The mount is made to fit any red dot with the same footprint as the micro series of red dots.

Will the 1.57 model give me a lower 1/3 cowitness on an AK47? Specifically the rh-10 say sitting on the Krebs rear sight rail mount over dustcover

These mounts are designed to co-witness AR iron sights which sit much higher than an AK iron sight. You would most likely need a low mount to co-witness with AK iron sights.

The Scalarworks LEAP/01 Aimpoint Micro T-2 Mount with the 1.420" height will provide an absolute co-witness height with standard height AR sights.

The Scalarworks LEAP/01 Aimpoint Micro T-2 Mount will accept any T1/T2 pattern spacers/optics as long as the correct size screws are used to ensure the optic is mounted correctly.
