The 3 inch is most likely going to be the correct option, but we would highly recommend measuring the distance between the two sling studs on the front of your stock. This distance is the one you are going to want to match to the SRS Rail as it uses the holes in the stock from the studs to install.

They will fit your Tikka CTR if you have the 2 front sling studs. This is direct from Seekins if you only have 1 sling stud on the front of the stock: "If your stock has only one sling stud another can be easily installed using any T-nut found at most hardware stores. "
