Try a heat gun or a map torch. When all else fails take it to a gun smith.

They say to soak the flash hider in water to break loose the rockset that sig uses on factory assembly. Rick set is heat resistant but water soluble. I just ordered in … and reached out to sig. I will post their response when I get it.

This little upgrade is said to make a big difference with recoil. We will see! The M400 is a great firearm already — just want to make it a little better !
