Sig 556 model rifles also use 1/2x28 threads and will be compatible with this SIG SAUER 5.56mm 3-Chambered Compensator.

No, this SIG SAUER 5.56mm 3-Chambered Compensator uses 1/2x28 threads while the Sig 552 uses 14mmx1.0 threads.

Is there a noticeable difference of recoil? I have the Tread pistol and it kicks harder then I'd like so I'm looking to help reduce recoil

Sig Sauer does not state how much reduction in recoil the SIG SAUER 5.56mm 3-Chambered Compensator will provide. However, it will reduce the felt recoil of the Sig M400 Tread Pistol.

It comes with two washers. One is wider than the other, but they have no treads. What is the proper installation procedures.

The larger cap is a taper cap meant specifically for the M400 Tread to cover the end of the barrel where it starts to taper. It is not necessary for installation on a standard AR-15 barrel. The thinner one is the actual crush washer that you are to use to install on a standard .223/5.56 barrel. Exact torque specs would need to be verified with Sig Sauer if there are no torque specs included with the muzzle device.
