Will this fit the sig p320 M17

The P320 M17 was designed to accept optics with the larger Deltapoint Pro footprint, opposed to the RMSc footprint used by the Romeo Zero. I would recommend optics such as the Sig Romeo 1 Pro, Vortex Defender ST/XL, Eotech EFLX, Holosun SCS-320 and Sig Romeo Zero Pro.

Can you recommend a picatinny offset mount that is compatible? I plan on using this as a backup for my AR15.

I would recommend the ADE Advanced Optics Universal Red Dot Sight Mount (linked below). The ADE mount actually includes optic screws designed specifically to mount the Sig Romeo Zero.

The Sig Romeo Zero uses the RMSc footprint, which is smaller than what optic ready H&K model pistols are designed to use. You could use the Deltapoint Pro adapter plate included with optic ready H&K model pistols to mount this optic, however, there would be space between the front and back of the optic meaning only the optic screws will be keeping the optic to your slide. My suggestion would be to use a larger optic with either the RMR, Deltapoint Pro, Docter, or C-More footprint. No, the SIG SAUER Romeo Zero Red Dot Sight will fit any optic ready P365 model pistol as well as any pistols with an RMSc cut slide.

The SIG SAUER Romeo Zero Red Dot Sight will work for an AR pistol as long as you use a picatinny compatible mount. I would recommend the SIG SAUER Universal Reflex Sight Riser Mount which can be found linked below. Keep in mind, this optic was designed to be used with slimline handguns. The P320 M18 is designed to fit larger optics with the DPP footprint. Some direct fit options include the Eotech EFLX, Sig Romeo 1 Pro, Leupold Deltapoint Pro, and Holosun SCS-320.
