No, this will only fit the 9mm/.40/.357 versions of the P250/P320 pistols.

With the P320 being modular, will this grip fit on the carry or full size models?

This is a Compact sized grip module. A carry or full size slide will fit on it without any issue, however your magazines will be a bit longer than the grip as a result of the shorter grip area.

If I understand what I'm reading P320 15rd compact mags will fit flush in the grip and 17rd mags will not fit flush?

The SIG SAUER Lima5 Green Laser Grip Mod for Compact P320 & P250 will fit the 15 round magazines flush and the 17 round magazines will extend past the bottom of the grip.

The Sig Sauer Lima5 Green Laser Grip Mod for Compact P320 & P250 will fit Compact models of the Sig P320. So it will not fit the P320 Sub Compact model.
