The specs on this bow case are they inside dimensions or outside? I would like to know the overall length if these specs are the inside measurements

The inside dimensions for the SKB Cases iSeries Parallel Limb Bow Case w/ Foam and Wheels is 34.5" interior length, 13.75" interior width, and 4" interior depth.

How do I get this fitted with the TSA locks as stated in the description. I need an airline approved case for my Triax bow.
