I have a FN SCAR 17 in 7.62x51. I have read that the muzzle report is know to break the internals of the scope? anAy one have an ideas on this?

Scar 17s do have a tendency to be harder on optics and there is really no way around that than trying other muzzle breaks, but the swampfox is a quality optic.

Can the Steiner P4Xi 1-4×24mm be mounted using the Burris P.E.P.R. scope rings?

Yes, the 30mm diameter Burris PEPR scope mounts will work with the Steiner P4Xi 1-4x24 mm Rifle Scope.

No, the OpticsPlanet Exlcusive Steiner P4Xi 1-4x24 mm Rifle Scope does not come with a throw lever and neither do any of the other models of the Steiner P4Xi 1-4x24 mm Rifle Scope.

Video says they’re designed specifically for AR’s, but will it work with my PTR-91 (.308). Have a rail that addresses the mount. What other issues?

Yes, as long as you have the correct mounting system in place for the specific firearm, it will handle .308.

What is the battery life (in hours) on it's highest and medium settings?
