Does 14516 include headstrap. one of the photos shows a head strap with that model # under it, but I do not see that detail in the description

Does sure fire make a weapons rail mount for this sidewinder ?? If so that would be perfection in emergency situations as a backup to friendly fire

Using the helmet strap, you should be able to get it to mount pretty securely. Keep in mind it is designed to be mounted to military helmets, so it may take some modification to get it to fit or stay secure ideally.
