what size allen wrench fits laser adjustment screws?

Unfortunately Streamlight does not provide the size of the hex wrench, however the size you need is included with the TLR-6.

Will this fit the polymer80 full-size?

Unfortunately the Glock models will not fit the Polymer80 frames due to the difference in rails and trigger guards.

Updated information shows that it will not. None of the TLR-6 models will work for the Shield EZ firearms.

It will not, due to the different frame dimensions difference from the Gen 1 to the Gen 2.

Will this fit a Sig P365 X Macro?

The P365 X-Macro uses a picatinny underside accessory rail opposed to the proprietary sig rail found on standard P365 model pistols. You should be able to use MPN:69293, which is designed for railed M&P handguns but should also work with the Macro.
