Will this fit a Shadow Systems CR920?

No, the Streamlight TLR-7A Flex LED Tactical Weapon Light is too large to fit the CR920 accessory rail. You would need the Glock compatible TLR-7 Sub, which can be found by using the link below:

Will this light fit on the forend rail of a Ruger PC Carbine?

If your Ruger PC Carbine has the sporter style stock and forend the Streamlight TLR-7A Flex LED Tactical Weapon Light will mount to the rail at the end of the forend. If you have a Ruger PC Carbine model with the M-LOK handguard the Streamlight TLR-7A Flex LED Tactical Weapon Light will not mount to it unless you used a M-LOK to Picatinny Adapter.

Will this mount on a HK USP pistol.

The HK USP is not included on the TLR-7A compatibility list, however the light includes Rail locating keys for Universal or 1913 Picatinny style rails. There shouldn't be a problem mounting it to the universal mounting grooves on the USP.
