A muzzle device is not included for barrel length, for any and all legality issues please check your local state and county laws, you may also have to contact your local ATF agency.

The manufacturer makes absolutely no mention anywhere on their website that this has flash hiding capabilities. This is strictly a muzzle brake/compensator.

Does this device have to be pinned or can it simply be screwed onto the threads and removed as needed?

You can thread this device on and remove it, you could also pin or weld into place it dose have a pre drilled hole for that purpose.

Neither of these models will work for .300 blackout. You will want the J-Comp found here:

This is threaded 5/8x24 so your .300 blackout barrel needs to be threaded to that specification. It will fit the Oppressor as well.

Neither of the models on this page are 5/8x24 threaded. The AK model is 14x1 LH threaded and the 223/556 model is 1/2x28 threaded.

No, the 1/2x28 Strike Industries JCOMP V2 Barrel Muzzle Brake is not bored wide enough to accommodate 9mm.
