The manufacturer makes absolutely no mention anywhere on their website that this has flash hiding capabilities. This is strictly a muzzle brake/compensator.
You can thread this device on and remove it, you could also pin or weld into place it dose have a pre drilled hole for that purpose.

This is threaded 5/8x24 so your .300 blackout barrel needs to be threaded to that specification. It will fit the Oppressor as well.
Neither of the models on this page are 5/8x24 threaded. The AK model is 14x1 LH threaded and the 223/556 model is 1/2x28 threaded.
