The Nordic Components MXT Extension Kit, 12ga at the first link below will work with a Franchi Affinity 3.5 Elite. You will also need the Nordic Components Shotgun Extension Tube Nut model NCNUT-ST-12-00 at the second link below.

Unfortunately, none of the Sure Cycle Extension Tubes are compatible with CZ's. We do carry magazine extensions for the CZ 712 that you can find using the following link:

Whats the measurements on the tube for 2 shot and 3 shot

The 2 round extension is 5.5" in length while the 3 round extension is 9" in length.

Will this work with the Beretta 390 12ga.

Check with beretta, but I believe the gas system impedes the use of an extension on the 390/391. I have a 391 so I can commit it won’t work on the 391.
