Is this guaranteed to be a genuine, new in box, Trijicon product, in the original factory packaging? I have to ask due to all the the fakes for sale.

what is the warranty, will it fit on Bushmaster M-4 and clear front sight

This has a limited lifetime warranty. It will fit on any flat-top AR-style rifle, and is high enough to put the standard A2 height front iron sight at lower 1/3rd co-witness.

Will this work with an AR-10?

This Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Rifle Scope w/ Green Horseshoe Target Reference System Reticle TA31H-G is compatible with an AR10 platform rifle, however, the reticle is designed for 5.56(.223 cal). I would recommend using the Trijicon ACOG 3.5x35 Scope w/ Dual Illuminated Red Crosshair .308 Ballistic Reticle model, which uses a .308 specific reticle, and can be found by using the link below:

Does this scope work for night hunting.

The Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Rifle Scope w/ Green Horseshoe Target Reference System Reticle is not a night vision or thermal scope so will not work as a stand alone optic hunting in complete darkness.

WILL THIS WORK ON A 6.5 CREEDMOOR

The Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Rifle Scope could be used on a 6.5 Creedmoor. However, the BDC reticle is designed to be used with .223 and not 6.5 Creedmoor, so the BDC will not necessarily be accurate for 6.5 Creedmoor.

According to Trijicon the Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Rifle Scope is emersion tested and waterproof.

Does this scope have a target silhouette in the reticle? There are 3 reticle pictures, 1 with the silhouette, and 2 without.

The image of the Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Rifle Scope reticle with the silhouette is there for reference. The Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Rifle Scope reticle does not have an actual silhouette in it.

I understand it's rated for .223/5.56, can it work with .308 and maintain accuracy with that caliber?

This Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Rifle Scope can be used with a .308 rifle but the reticle elevation and holdovers will not be as accurate. The Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Red Dot Scope w/ Center Amber Crosshair, .308 Ballistic Reticle is located at the link below.
