Is this scope alright with my 6.5 creedmore

Expert Answer
A
Answered by Jonathan D., Gear Expert, from IL, United States, on December 28, 2018

It will work, however you are limited by the magnification of the scope. The 6.5 Creedmoor round allows for longer distances than a 1-4x scope lends itself too.

The Trijicon AccuPoint TR-24 1-4x24mm Rifle Scope could be used with a rifle chambered in .308 or 30-06. However, the range will depend on different factors such as the conditions you are hunting in and what you are hunting. There is not a "max yardage" the scope could be used.

I recommend a cantilever mount for the Trijicon AccuPoint TR-24 1-4x24mm Riflescope, like the ones listed below.

You can purchase the Trijicon AccuPoint TR-24 1-4x24mm Riflescope with various different reticle options which will effect the price. You can also bundle in the TRYBE Magnifier which will also increase the price.

It is ready to be mounted and all it would require would be the rings or mount you are using.

Hello would this scope be a good choice for my M14 SOCOM 16?

A
Answered by Big, member, from TX, United States, on November 08, 2018

Yes this scope could be good for this rifle however you could use the 1-8x24 or 2.5x10x50 accu point because the 308 in the m14 could be accurate to about 500-700 yard but yeah this scope could be perfect depending what you use it for.
