If you have astigmatism , will illuminated work well?

Expert Answer
A
Answered by Corey K., Gear Expert, from IL, United States, on August 12, 2019

It is hard to say as the results will vary from one user to another. Generally speaking, you should get respectable results as long as you regulate how high you set the brightness to.Unfortunately there are cases where illumination at any level can cause significant flaring when in dark environments if your astigmatism is severe.

Settings 3/4 are the medium setting. Depending on lighting conditions, 3 may or may not be visible depending on the shooter. The 4 setting is the medium setting per Trijicon and that is the brightness setting they provide a battery life for because it is the recommended brightness setting for most situations.
