These sights will not fit your PDP. However, AmeriGlo does make sights compatible with the PDP. You can find them using the following link.

Yes. The Trijicon Bright & Tough Night Sights will fit your Walther PPQ in .45acp. It also fits the Walther P99.

All of the sights listed under part number WP01 will fit the Walther P99, PPQ and PPQ M2.

Yes these are compatible with P99 Compact, the sight picture should not be effected as the full size and compact use the same sights.

what does the sight picture look like, in relation to point of impact with these sights walther p99 .40

Trijicon designs the sights so that your front sight should cover the bullseye on your target rather than sitting just below it. That said, every firearm is different, so point of impact may not be exact. Typically you would want to have your sights installed and sighted in properly by a gunsmith to ensure proper accuracy.
