Will this work in the sig p320 XCOMPACT ?

Yes as long as your P320 is optic cut with the Deltapoint Pro footprint, then this plate will fit and convert it to the Trijicon RMR footprint.

The Sig P320-XFive DH3 is dual cut from the factory to accept optics with the Deltapoint Pro and RMR footprint. Meaning you would not need to use this adapter plate at all to mount an optic with the RMR footprint.

The P320 X-Ten actually would not require this adapter plate. The X-Ten is dual-cut from the factory for both the Deltapoint Pro and Trijicon RMR footprint. This means you can fit optics with the RMR or Deltapoint Pro footprint. The only caveat is that if you are using an RMR pattern optic with a bottom loaded battery you need to use a sealing plate.

Yes. The Trijicon RMR/SRO Adapter Plate will fit post 2019 P320 model pistols with the Deltapoint Pro optic cut and convert them to use optics with the Trijicon RMR footprint.
