The clearance between the battery compartment and the top of the picatinny rail is about .253”. Unfortunately it is not quite enough for the 45 degree offset RMR mount to fit. However the 45 offset mount will fit under the eyepiece end of the VC16-C-1600040.

The height of the smallest Sightmark LoPro is 1.4". The VCOG center optical axis is at 1.535". Subtracting half the objective lens diameter (12mm), the bottom of the objective lens is 1.065"above the rail, meaning the Sightmark laser would impede about 0.34" of the objective lens.

What you could possibly do is offset the laser at the 3 or 9 o'clock position on the rail to keep the 12 o'clock position clear for the scope.

I use 5.56 American eagle 62 grain green tips. Will the Vcog work with this Ammo?

Yes it will, however the models calibrated for 223/556 are either for 55 grain or 77 grain so I'd recommend either MPN: 1600035 or MPN: 1600037 as the reticles are not caliber specific.
