To install the Troy 15in Alpha Rail, No Sight you will need a standard barrel nut. The barrel nut at the link below should work fine. The armorers wrench at the second link below will also work.

Well the Troy Industries Alpha raill handguard work on my Adams Arms piston AR-15 if I use the P series low profile gas Block and new barrel nut?

This is the fitment information from Adams Arms regarding the Troy Alpha rail: "Troy Industries Alpha rail (XLP/Micro-requires slight modification to rail to allow access to set screws, and special installation instructions.)"

Yes, but you will most likely need to replace the gas block with a low profile gas block that does not have a sling loop or bayonet lug on it.
