The TROY Battle Sights (non Micro) are designed to work with the A2 Carrying Handle. This sight will work with no issues.

Need a Fromt/Rear Sight for a Shotgun Keltec KSG. Would these be a good suggestion?

The TROY HK Folding Tritium BattleSight would be a good option for your KSG, it also uses a tritium insert that will be illuminated at night. For a rear sight, I would recommend using the Samson Fixed Rear Sight w/ Rail Mount, found by using the link below:
