Does this come with the retention pin and spring?

It will only come with the center safety bar and levers. It will not come with the safety detent and spring.

No, the M&P 15-22 requires a proprietary safety selector due to its wider receiver. The M&P 15-22 is not compatible with AR-15 safety selectors.

AR10 safety is wider than a AR15 and not exact fit. The S&W MP 15-22 is wider than a standard AR15 so will this part Ambi-Safety for the S&W MP 15-22

What is the difference other than price between the selectors? I have a 308 aero and the regular selectors fit what is the deal with these two choices

The TRYBE Defense Ambidextrous Mil-Spec Safety Selectors are designed for AR15 or AR10 applications. While you can use an AR15 selector for an AR10, the AR10 selector is specifically optimized for the AR10 platform.
