Does this come with the retention pin and spring?

It will only come with the center safety bar and levers. It will not come with the safety detent and spring.

No, the M&P 15-22 requires a proprietary safety selector due to its wider receiver. The M&P 15-22 is not compatible with AR-15 safety selectors.

The TRYBE Defense Ambidextrous Mil-Spec Safety Selectors are designed for AR15 or AR10 applications. While you can use an AR15 selector for an AR10, the AR10 selector is specifically optimized for the AR10 platform.
