Volquartsen Firearms does not provide the length of picatinny on their Lightweight Barrel for the 10/22. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

Can you use high powered rounds such as CCI Stinger with this barrel?

You can use almost all 22 LR ammo however CCI Stinger is slightly oversized and not recommended in these barrels.
