The dot is 3 MOA, the first ring is 44 MOA, and the largest ring is 140 MOA.
You can but it would not be practical and you shouldn’t with any prism scope. Since this is a scope, you need to adjust the aperture to your eye. If you use a magnifier, you need to adjust the aperture again and then magnifier. This is a slow process and defeats the purpose. If you really need a magnifier, you are better served getting an 1-4 adjustable scope or a 3x prism with a small red dot. It would cost and weigh about the same and more effective.
It will not. The issue with this set up is the Vortex Spitfire is a prism optic which means it has a 3.8 inch eye relief. This means your eye has to be right around 3.8 inches from the rear lens to be able to fully see through the optic. The Mounting Solutions Plus mount places the optic farther forward than 3.8 inches which means you will not get a full image through the Spitfire.
The mount on the Spitfire AR Prism red dot will NOT work with any other mounts. The mount/base cannot be removed.
You can indeed!
This would be a fine choice on the KSG!
This is a prism optic and the reticle can be changed to red or green.
Yes, the Vortex Spitfire 1x-AR Prism Scope can be used with a rechargeable AAA battery.
There is not a lower mount for the Vortex Spitfire 1x-AR Prism Scope. However it could be used on a bolt action rifle if it has a picatinny scope base.
The Vortex Spitfire 1x-AR Prism Scope is a good choice for individuals with astigmatism. The Vortex Spitfire 1x-AR Prism Scope has an etched reticle that can be used without illumination. The lenses also help prevent distortion of the reticle typically seen when looking through non prismatic red dots.
