Is this absolute or 1/3 co-witness with a A2 sight?

The Weaver Thumbnut SPR 30mm Mount has a centerline height of 1.5". This mount is designed to be used with magnified optics such as a LPVO. Magnified optic will not be able to co-witness with a A2 front sight or any AR front sight.

1.5" from bottom of base to ring centerline; .912" from bottom of ring to bottom of base.

Will this fit on a 56mm objective lens?

Many optics with a 56mm objective lens have a 34mm main tube and are incompatible. There are others that have a main tube that is 30mm and is compatible.

Will this clear the front sight on a Ruger 556 using a Leupold VX-R Patrol?

If by "clear", you mean rise above the front sight, the optical center of the VX-R Patrol will be at the exact height of the front sight, it will not "clear" the front sight.

What is the height of the mount? Same as like an Atibal TPM or a Burris PEPR? Thanks

The saddle height (base to the bottom of the tube) is 1". It provides for a correct optic center for use on an AR-style flat top rifle.

With a 30mm main tube, it would provide a 1.59" optical center.
