what bolt carrier group would i use for a 350 legend?

The 350 Legend uses a .223/5.56 Bolt. So any of the Wilson Combat Bolt Carrier Assembly models will work with an AR15 chambered in 350 Legend.

Will this bcg cycle steel case ammo without ejection issues

Yes, this will cycle steel ammo, the ejection issues are more caused by the ammo and rifle rather than the BCG.
