what size would fit a model M&P-15

The M&P 15 will take a .750" gas block. This gas block should fit that rifle.

Where can I buy the roll pin for this gas block and can I use the stock gas tube that comes with the S&W Sport 2?

What is the torque specification for the set screws and should they a thread locking compound be used or should the be staked? Both?

Ideally you will want to dimple the barrel, pin the gas bock, or tighten the screws down and periodically check them. Locktite isn't as effective due to heat, nor is there a torque spec.

Yes, as long as your barrel has a .750 gas journal, this should fit.
