Any reason why this would not screw down to actually cover all the screw threads and reach the crush washer on a 9mm TAVOR when the patterns match?

The Yankee Hill Machine Slant Muzzle Brake/comp 6.8/7.62/9mm 1/2x36 Threads should work with a 9mm TAVOR if the barrel is threaded for 1/2x36.

No. The Galil Ace Gen 2 uses 5/8x24 threads, while this Yankee Hill Machine Slant Muzzle Brake/comp uses 1/2x36 threads. You can use any 7.62x39 compatible muzzle device threaded for 5/8x24 TPI.

No, unfortunately this brake/comp is not compatible with that firearm as that firearm uses 1/2x28 threads. It would be an effective muzzle device for that firearm but a thread adapter would be needed.
