After purchasing the ATI Outdoors Ruger 10/22 Strikeforce Stock, I found the assembly process to be straightforward and user-friendly. The stock is well-designed and offers a significant improvement over the standard Ruger 10/22 stock in terms of both ergonomics and aesthetics.
The Strikeforce Stock feels sturdy and durable, giving the rifle a more modern and tactical look without sacrificing functionality. The adjustable features allow for a customized fit, making it comfortable to shoulder and shoot.
At its price point, the ATI Strikeforce Stock represents excellent value for money, providing a cost-effective way to upgrade the Ruger 10/22. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned shooter looking to enhance your rifle, this stock is a solid choice.
Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend the ATI Outdoors Ruger 10/22 Strikeforce Stock to anyone looking to improve their shooting experience.

I ordered a ruger 10/22 and did not care for the factory stock. So looked into after market stock and settled on this one. Fit and finish was on point, quality is great, price point is very reasonable. Ease of installation was like 3 screws. Only thing I did different was I cut a section out for a picatinny rail but you ca not tell it did not come that way. Totally satisfied with everything about this purchase.

You get what you pay for. The entire design sacrifices mechanical robustness for $$...it's built mainly for its looks. That said, a 22LR has virtually no impulse so it shouldn't come apart anytime soon. It's just not very structurally well built.
I sent it back to OP and reinstalled the original walnut stock.

I went with the ATI stock to add a pistol grip as well as a light to my 10/22 for varmints. So far it’s been great with a few hiccups. First, I love the way it looks, but it feels cheap. Although the pistol grips feels great, the edges are sharp on the rest of the stock. I feel like there are better options for the money. The installation was okay, just a lot of different bolts with only one wrench. Not a big deal, but you’ll have to hunt for a different size wrench for each step. I’ve also found that the magwell is uneven. And this could just be an issue with mine, but when I run a magazine that isn’t the factory 10 round, it doesn’t chamber the round. So far I’ve ran my Ruger 25 and 15 round mags as well as some aftermarket mags, and it seems like when the mag is full it puts pressure on the magazine in a way that causes it not to feed properly. To clarify, I also have a 10/22 with the factory stock and the magazines run fine with no malfunctions. Overall I think the stocks alright, but if you plan on using this for hunting, I’d recommend the factory 10 round magazines. I plan on replacing mine with a Midwest industries chassis.
Pros:
- Looks great
- adds pistol grip
- adds accessories
- semi simple installation
Cons:
- sharp edges
- feels cheap
- magazine malfunctions

Good little upgrade for my 10 22 quick to put together with easy instructions. The pic rails are not metal, but this isnt' a battle rifle so it should hold up. Everything is accesible. Also you can paint this any color you want.

Have ran this stock on my 1022 for 3 years now. Rough on it plinking in the mountains. Love it, very light, easy to clean. Run a stand vertical foregrip, plastic picatinny has worked fine. The complaints are odd to me, love this for the price!

I bought this stock after seeing many videos, even those available from the manufacturer ATI Outdoors. Many years ago, the stock had 6 screws that would hold the top of the stock down on the barrel. The new version only has 2 screws to secure the top plate f\to secure the barrel. The stock is a molded polymer and the fit and finish us very poor. The stock is molded and when turning over you can see the marks where the mold is broken off to make 1 pc. I would avoid as the end result will ultimately look like a toy. Certainly not something any quality shooter would want. Keep in mind, reviews and videos on this item are very old and do not reflect the changes made in the production and design of the newer version which is NOT mentioned to the buyer/consumer.
Thus, after opening the box, doing the inspection of parts, I contact Optics Planet and sent the ATI Strikeforce Stock back for a full refund. Don't waste your time or money on this cheap, poor quality 10/22 conversion stock.
Cons:
- Cheap, looks like a toy. Poor quality overall.

Cheap feeling, a fight to assemble especially with the poorly made black and white instructions, pictures are horrible to see. Parts are thrown in bags and not labeled. I even had missing nuts. Stock flip up rear sight won’t open the whole way. Excess plastic from the molding process wasn’t cleanly removed. Top cover was a fight to get it to line up correctly. Pica-tinny rails are plastic. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I’d send it back and get my money back if it wasn’t such a hassle.
