Upper Tier Upper
Aero does good work on most of their items and this is no exception. I've built 3 rifles on this receiver and I love that Aero makes an upper without a forward assist. Eugene Stoner didn't design the AR-10 with a FA, the upgrade to AR-15 didn't need it, and DARPA found no need for any sort of FA during their combat trials of the gun, so why would I need one? I look forward to building up ever more guns on these uppers.
Aero is Always GOOD
Can't go wrong with Aero products. Always built well and fairly priced. I wanted a slim AR15 build and this was perfect for that. I find the forward assist to just be clunky and intrusive honestly.

The best upper for the best price....
Why spend more than you need to? I've used Aero Precision uppers for many, many rifles and always go to my favorite (no forward assist) when choosing an upper to drop on the lower. I've used 'em and will continue to do so until circumstances dictate otherwise, but I'm not anticipating that in the foreseeable future. No unexpected dimensional problems, nice fit & finish... what else can you ask for?

Aero No F/A Upper
Fantastic upper that I’ve used for the start of multiple builds. There can be a very long debate of the use of the forward assist but if you decide to go without this is an amazing choice. Especially at the price it’s at.

Gas port hole was to small for the gas tube.
Happy with the Aero with one exception. Had to file a tiny bit off the hole for the gas tube to enter. Never had that issue before especially with an Aero product. A fluke?

Super nice!
Used it on a dedicated AR 22lr build mated to a Aero Precision lower. The fit and finish is amazing. The CMMG barrel slid right in with a nice snug fit. Aero Precision products are second to none. I highly recommend this upper receiver.

I've seen some reviewers saying that Aero Precision is entry level quality, but owning and being around guns almost 50 years, I don't see anything sub par about this. It fit my Aero Precision lower perfectly and is flawless. Optics Planet got it to me pretty quick and there's no part of this I can complain about.

AERO slick side upper
This is a great upper if you are building a light weight build or just don't need the foward assist. I keep my "tools" clean so it is not important to me for a range toy , by all means if you are going duty weapon then get the foward assist. For the most part I have been fairly happy with the iteams i get from OP and I have used them a lot. AERO makes great stuff without breaking the bank or so cheap you wonder what's wrong with it. I have severl builds utilizing AERO. The colors match up with other AERO parts from batch to batch so if you are that guy and that is important to you then get the upper , lower and rail from them.

Aero AR15 upper
This upper was perfect for my build. I was looking for an upper without a forward assist. This slickside upper fit what I was looking for. It was also lighter than advertised. I would recommend this to a friend.
