Last personal defense weapon a man could ever need. Mated with M4 lower-No Issues. Tight fit with perfect alignment, great budget build. Quality product with outstanding design. Aero makes a lot of other products for other “big name companies” as well.

AR 15 10.5 AREO UPPER
This is not the first AERO UPPER for me . I wish they came complete , so you have to shop around for BCG And charging handle. But they always run good . You can put together a nice “ PISTOL “ for a good price .

I originally wanted the 11.5 for my AR pistol build and got this due to the current problem with getting items. It was a perfect fit, and shoots super sweet!! Paired it with a complete Aero lower...then all I needed was the optics to finish out my build. originally rated this high, but had not actually used it yet do to too many things going on in life. finally added it to a working lower and have had nothing but problems. FTE, Double Feed, etc. No matter what bcg, no matter what buffer weight...the thing wont cycle flawlessly at all. I am not sure if its a mfg defect or what but I've built plenty of ARs and just never had this many problems.
So far, Aero's "name" means nothing to me. Have to now go through the hassle of going direct to mfgr because optics planet only has a 30 day return window. Not happy with OP either.

very nice product
Great price to value ratio. Great brand (aero).
Only thing I will change is putting an adjustable gas block…San that, would recommend. Handguard feels a little chunky but very strong.

Perfect for my build
First of all I was looking for a class costly option and this upper far exceeded my expectations. The carbine length gas system is beautiful. I bought an aero adjustment gas block and put it on immediately. The dwell time on this is amazing and smooth and makes it crisp and lite shooting.

Aero 10.5" Upper
I mated this with my pistol lower and went straight to the range. I was able to adjust my Trijicon MRO (2 MOA) to zero at 50 yards with 6 rounds and confirmed my 50 yard zero with 5 more rounds. I printed a 1" group at 50 which is fine with me for my setup. After that, I ran 90 rounds of 55gr M193 and a 20 round mag of 77gr IMI Razor Core. No malfunctions and all brass ejected between 3 and 4 O'clock. My bolt carrier group was pretty dirty after only 121 rounds and, if that is my only complaint, I'm pretty happy with this 10.5" upper.

areo 10.5 upper
Bought for pistol build. Absolutely thrilled when receiving it looks great functions great. Looks are perfect on my build. As always OpticsPlanet right on with there shipping and always great to do business with. It is my go to for ar parts selection is always great and their customer service has been a pleasure to deal with when I have needed to change an item on my order

Upper Receiver
At the time I had two Areo Precision lower receivers. Needed two uppers then bingo, in-stock, send it. Now I have two complete Aero Precision AR-15's. Both rifles work perfectly fine with about 2500 rounds through them. These uppers are top notch, recommend to everyone.

Aero 10.5” Upper
Very happy with the look and performance of this 10.5” upper receiver from Aero. It ran flawlessly on my pistol lower with an H2 buffer weight and cycled all rounds without any stoppages. I liked it so much I purchased a 12.5” upper as well for a separate build.

Good quality, one setback
Today I set up everything to finish my aero build. Everything looks great and time to take to the range. Only setback is the front picatinny rail will not allow Magpul Mbus flip up sights to function as the rail sits too close to the handguard. I wound up just leaving my front sight set in the up position but is a bummer I can’t have it out of sight when looking down my red dot. Overall love the weight feel and fit.
