I have not shot the rifle yet with this handguard...but I will say that from what I'm seeing so far, if you want an aluminum handguard for a PTR-91, this thing is probably pretty much impossible to beat at this price. I'm kind of in shock.

Did not fit!
Did not fit my PTR91, looks like some one modified it and it still didn’t work . Too long and waste of money. Scratches easily. The packaging was nice though.Don’t bother with it get a Midwest industries.
Hk91 mlok handguard
Great fit and finish. Put this on my ptr 32, also great for k models with the 16in barrel.

Fits great on a C308 with a bit of work. To make a really nice, snug fit. Make a spacer out of JB Stick Weld to fit between the sight base and handguard bolt. Also, an o-ring cut to fit in the groove of the trunnion/handguard interface will help, too.

This is an excellent product. Easy to install, and fits perfectly. Good quality aluminum. Would recommend it. This is the 12" version. Make sure you get the right one cause they make a smaller one. Good M-lok rail. It looks like its square on the bottom but its not. It just looks like that in the picture.

Fits great on my HK-91
I bought one of these to use with an ARCA plate so that I can attach a bipod. The handguard installed easily, looks good and the screw holds it solidly. I just wish they could have made it compatible with the pushpin instead of using a screw.

Update for HK91
My rifle is an original HK91 that I wanted to update within budget limits. I took a chance and purchased this item. It works great! I highly recommend this forearm. Fits firmly. Needed forward bolt which was not packaged . Contacted customer service and they were very helpful in getting the needed replacement. There are not lots of us owners of this type and I believe it might work for PTR as well.

AIM Sports M-Lok Handgaurd for H&K 91
It took some time getting here, but with that small issue the Customer service from Opticsplanet was great and the product is great. Very impressed over all. I am placing this on my C308 Sporter. A few minor modifications were needed for the fit. Quality is great, looks great, really adds functionality to the rifle. Solves the heat problem from the barrel really well. Overall very happy and impressed.

Will fit PTR 91 and PTR 32!
I got this in hopes to fit on my PTR32 and with very little information I went for it. It fit flawlessly without needing any modification or fitting, the same also with my C308 (PTR 91). It's a solid fit without any wobble or rattle, it also comes with a replacement front pin that has a threaded bolt and nut that is so precise that it has to be lined up perfectly for it to slide through properly.

- Sturdy, high quality, fits PTR32 and PTR 91 model rifles flawlessly, no fitting required.

Fits C308 if you make a washer for the bolt.
The threads on the mounting bolt only come about half way up. I tightened it all the way down but it still wouldnt bend to fit the C308 as I had read in other reviews and seen on a video or two. I had to make a thick washer out of some scrap leather, cut to size. With the added thread clearance it fits snugly. Finally, something that works

Excellent and Easy Upgrade
This handguard seems well built. Finish was good and the fit was perfect on my PTR 91-GIRK. You may need to tap it in a little but that is a plus in my opinion as it means it will fit tight. It did not include the pictures locking nut, but the existing retaining pin works fine. It looks sick and adds functionality at the same time. Does everything one would expect from an MLOK handguard, and I cannot see a reason to spend 3x as much.
