Adapter fit into lower receiver good but had to file mag release in lower and some on adapter to allow mags to seat fully. Still need to remove some material to get mags to drop free. Nice having the last round bolt hold open feature.
Cons:
- Requires some fitting for best performance

Mag release is in a bad spot, and relies on mags with a left side cut. So it won't work with a handful of aftermarket mags along with 3d printed ones. Biggest gripe is the BHO wire, just like everyone else, mine looked like a toothless beaver chewed a hole through the pinned holding point, just horrible machine skills like a middle school kid with a dremmel and shaky hands. Had to remake the entire wire with a coat hanger because the wire was bent wrong as to not even line up with the follower's spot for empty mag. The whole thing was loose in my lower's magwell, had to 3d print a shim to take out the slop. The AR mag button would over engage and not let mags insert, so I had to put shims on the mag adapter to keep the mag catch from going in so far. The mag catch for the glock mags was sharp edged and wouldn't let mags insert either, had to sand/file it round and it still is finiky. I really wanted to use a lower I already have, but since purchasing, I found several 9mm lowers that are cheaper then this product, and I will forever wish I went that route and not wasted time and money on this item. ATI failed hard with this product....
End of day, I was capable of overcoming all those short comings and it DOES fire and function. You WILL have to be mechanically inclined to make this item work for you (assuming you get as bad an item as I had).
Cons:
- price too high for poor quality
- requires additional work
- BHO feature is questionable
Best Used for:
- paper weight
- retailers looking to boast large inventory

Didn't feed well. I had several double feeds per magazine with this product, and at least once the round bounced around inside the upper and ended up facing backwards. Very unreliable. The Last Round Bolt Hold Open feature was too finnicky and may or may not work in any given rifle depending on the specs of the mag well and whether the LRBHO piece of wire mates up properly with the magazine follower and the bolt catch. Mine didn't. Not recommended. One round got jammed so bad it forced the bullet so deep into the case it would have been dangerous to fire due to probable extreme high pressure. This was my experience. Your mileage may vary.
Pros:
- Easy to install
- LRBHO - It has one
Cons:
- Feed issues
- LRBHO - It may not work
- Possible damage to cartridges
- Not all Glock mags inserted easily

I've always used Sylvan arms adapters for my ar15's. When a customer asked to try this out on his build... Well you get what you lay for. Came opened already not a good sign. Snapped it into place(wobbles) certain mags wouldn't even go in. Most of them never locked. The ones that did wouldn't come out and had to beat them out. Filed a return within 1hr of opening the box. Tried glock mags, Korean, ets, promag, magpul, and some no names. Nothing worked.

Despite all the bad reviews this magazine adapter got, i still wanted to try it try for myself. It was the only other 9mm AR mag adapter that had the last round bolt hold open feature.
Im giving this 2 stars not one because i cant attribute my dissatisfaction solely on the product. The example i received looked like it has a returned item as the retail packaging was worn and the part looked like it was previously installed. However the condition it came i would have kept it if it had functioned. It was difficult getting the sleeve to stay inside the cavity. Them once i had it installed without it wiggling, the last round hold did not work. The magazines woild not drop free. I have oem glock mag, and 4 other aftermarket brands and they all didnt drop free.
I really wanted to like this mag adapter but the sample i got from OP was just not functional. That could have been because i was sent a defect that was previiusly used and abused by someone.
Pros:
- Made in USA
- least expensive adapter with last round hold open
Cons:
- mags dont drop free
- last round bolt hold didnt work.

Fits a little snug but functions well. The only thing is that when I try to release the magazine it sticks and you have to manually remove the magazine. I would recommend this magwell adapter just need to get the magazine to release when you push the release button. Maybe use some kind of lubricants to maybe break it in.

The guy who pointed out the adjustment is 100% correct. i was really mad at this product that i thought didnt work for 120 dollars. The big screw head you can see in the product photo is how you adjust the tension on the mag release. give it two turns and they pop right out like butter. Just like the other guy im only giving them 4 stars because im docking one for the lack of clear instructions.

It required a little adjustment to the LRBO wire but everything works now. Use a couple of needle nose pliers to torque the wire. There’s a area between too much and not enough. One way will not let the bolt close, the other will not keep it open on the last round. I ran it for awhile without adjusting it without LRBO but it’s too nice of a feature and use it now. Your magazine springs need to be stiff enough to maintain the angle to feed the round straight into the chamber. Factory glock mags work fine. I had issues with other mags but after changing the springs, they worked fine as well (33 round KCI). I put a piece of Velcro to tighten up the fit. Also, the mag lock may need to be tightened. Don’t expect “Glock Perfection “ for $100 and you won’t be disappointed.

TLDR: Falure of every component, poor tolerance, fit, and finish. Waste of time.
*Tried adapter in 3 different lowers with 3 different glock/ar9 bgc's, I am certain user error is not the issue.
Paint worn off indicating either very poor finish or prior use/returned item.
Extractor out of tolerance.
Mag release does not even grab the mag it came with, stock mags will insert but will not release what so ever; release also gets stuck in the release position.
Wire mag stop does holds down the feed ramp preventing last round from feeding.
Adapter is loose within the magwell, glock mag also is loose. Due to oversized ejector the adapter can only be inserted or removed on an open bolt and it still does not fit correctly.
Im not even going to try using this, but it would work if I were to...
Bend the wire mag stop, tune the ejector tolerance, bend the mag catch and get a plunger on the ejector button with one of a lower detent, ect... but even then it wouldnt be that great.

So its really well built, solid felling. Great finish, tight fit into magazine well. No way to adjust the tension/slack like other brands. Very well engineered by someone, that never tried to release the magazine from the button located on the bottom of the adapter as they designed it (not ideal location at all IMO). Waited for ever to receive it. Not OP fault, but I wouldn't buy again. Just get a dedicated glock magazine lower.
