Ameriglow sights for XDS
Easy to install once you remove the Springfield sights. Used a dremel to remove the sights. I now can pick up the front sight immediately and can see the sights at nght.. I only had to file a little bit of material off both sights to install them.

Front sight is is too tight, metal is brittle
I had these sights installed using appropriate equipment. From my research, Ameriglo is partnered with Trijicon however, Trijicons sights for the same pistol are thicker at the dovetail base on the front sight. After installation, I noticed the front sight had dimmed. I opted to remove them and retu...

Disappointing at best
Trash.
Using the wheeler pistol sight tool I was able to apply even pressure during installation. Like others have said, the dovetail cuts are not in spec for the XD(m). Both front and rear left metal shavings and sheared during install. The front sight actually snapped off and one of the dovetail wings is now firmly stuck in the front sight post cutout on the slide. Will be returning.

Ameriglo Pro Glo
Love the new sights ! Huge improvement over the stock ones on my XD! Eye is naturally drawn to the front sight with orange circle in day and low light ! At night they glow light crazy! Getting them for my 45 now also!

amended: Not compatible with xds mod 2 w/ OSP plate
I wrote a review saying these do not fit the XDS mod 2 (not the XD, not the XDS, but the XDS mod 2). To amend this, it needs to be clarified that this may well fit the XDS mod 2, however it does NOT fit the XDS mod 2 w/ OSP plate. If you look at the OSP plate cut, it leaves very little room for a rear sight to be installed, so I assume that is why the rear sight notch is cut narrower than that of the regular XDS rear sights.
As per Springfield customer service, sights made for the XDS will fit the XDS mod 2 as long as it has no OSP plate. It is unclear to me at this time which rear tritium sight will fit the XDS mod 2 with OSP.

Not compatible with mod2 XDS
These are about 1mm too wide at the taper for compatibility with the XDS mod2. Nice sights, but don't try them on mod 2. Ill give these 4 stars because I use them on 4 other pistols, and they are very nice and not too bright in dark environments.
