Clear glass, smooth power ring and low cost. More affordable than a Leupold.

Haven't mounted it yet but from what I can tell the Midas tac feels like a very high end scope (positive clicks, smooth but not loose zoom/parallax) and the sight picture/eye relief are fantastic as advertised right around 3.7 inches of relief and very clear. The reticle is just right at 24 power and, at least to my young eyes, is still very usable as a crosshairs at 6 power although it may be a little faint for some.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a 4" sunshade, flip up lens covers, and an athlon branded throw lever along with the lens cloth, allen key and booklet packed neatly in the scope box, all of which fit very tight to the scope when installed. That should be advertised in the description, I assumed all I was getting was a scope, an Allen key and a cloth plus the booklet but that was not the full story! Looks awesome up next to my Ithaca .308 Cal LSA55 deluxe model though and I cannot wait to try it out!
Pros:
- great sight picture
- Bonus Parts are Included
- Fantastic value for money
Best Used for:
- Mid to long range precision shooting

Reasonable price, good glass. Mounted on a 6.5x55 the gun shoots MOA with any scope , scopes aren’t accurate good guns with good rounds and the right person on the trigger that makes accuracy-then you hit what you can see. This scope will get you confidently to 500 yards before sunset. If you are going to risk a good worthwhile game animal early morning or dusk just spend more . When you dial it up enough to see the black crosshairs in low light it gets dark and you just bought a non lighted reticle. Should not suprise you. If you are going to shoot more then paper out beyond 500 yards you should step up to the next level. Bang this scope around on a middle of road rifle.
This scope is good. It’s better the other scopes that cost the same amount. I like it for the purpose I bought it for.

Absolutely amazing. This scope is everything I hoped for and more. The reticle is perfect for target and long range shooting. The focus works very smoothly and is fast to adjust. The parallax is very sensitive making it easy to adjust correctly. I am so pleased with this scope that I purchased a second one for another long range rifle in my collection. Delivery was fast.

Clear glass, good set of features usually reserved for much more expensive scope. Recommend for the budget-conscious.
No caps are included, but for those wondering the Butler Creek flip caps that fit it are:
Objective: #40 OBJ (57.2mm)
Eyepiece: #18 EYE (43.2mm)
Pros:
- Good glass and adjustments

High definition glass and very positive clicks for turret positioning. Looking for properly fitting lens covers has been disappointing, but this scope has very big features for little money. Reviews on YouTube were very positive on this scope, so that was my primary reason (along with price) for selection. I had very good results first day at the range, and I’m looking forward to many more.
Pros:
- High def glass clarity.
- Positive audible turret positioning
- Very easy and positive zero stop.

Great scope for the money performed excellent, after getting it on paper and locked in from 300-700 yards less than 1/8 groupings windage is simple to adjust, glass is really clear for a china made scope, must try before you buy a $1200 scope you will be impressed with its ease of use not to mention all of the other options bells and whistles that come with it. All they need to do now is make a night vision series.
Pros:
- Prices
- Price and install ease
Cons:
- No Nite vision range finder
