Customer Service Rocks at ATN!

Bought a "Factory Refurbished" BinoX HD and when I called ATN about an apparent problem with it, Ross at ATN quickly and professionally solved the problem - a new one was shipped to me within hours of my customer service phone call and dropping off the ATN's "PREPAID" FedEx return shipping. Looking forward to checking out the technology (I'm a Newbie to the technology - hence my getting my toes wet with a refurbished one) but ATN's Customer Service rocks!

Great night vision and camera

I like it for night vision quality and that it can store pictures and videos on the micro sd card. It looks a bit clumsy compared to the smaller units one can find, but it's rock solid and weather resistant and if you don't plan to keep it on your neck all the way long, it deserves some space in your backpack

Great product for scanning

I purchased these to accompany my x-sight 4k pro to scan for hogs at night. They work extremely well up to 250-300 yards with the built in IR illuminator. The only negative is they do require at least one cr123 battery for the illuminator to work. But rechargeable batteries are available. I use an external battery pack and have hunted all night without issue. I did have an issue with my unit, but I contacted customer service and got a quick response from Oliver Vallero. He got my issue taken care of promptly.

  • Good clarity at night, light weight.
Cons:
  • External battery pack needed

  • Day/night hunting

Work Great!

Been using these on my pig hunts in Texas! We sit in blinds at night and these make it very comfortable to always have your eyes on the feeders. I highly recommend these for night time use. Would also confirm you can see targets from several hundreds of yards away.

My first ATN product

I bought these BinoX thinking I will test them to see if I spend the money on their rifle scopes. The battery usage is horrible and the price of the 123A batteries are not cheap. Will look into battery pack but reviews seem to have problem with that as well. My only other problem is the range finder function this needs to be re-engineered to work like my Leopold range finder press rhe button and it tells you distance on any object. Not this two step process. Will need to closely look at the scope to make sure this is not the same function before spending the money.

  • Battery life issues

H.V.A.C lead technition

Great wide screen viewing and night vision quality good enough to make out objects up to around 200 yards. Picture grainy and unable to get clear focus like other binoculars but overall satisfied for the money for a digital day night optic.

Love my ATN products. I have a BInox HD 4-16X Smart day/night binocular and a X-Sight II HD 3-14X Smart day/night riflescope. .ATN customer service is impeccable.
Faris Oran went above and beyond the call of duty to correct

ATM Binox 4-16

Got this product to scan with in combination with the x sight 2 which I have been pleased with and had lot of fun. Also use the binox to watch/ video son in the marching band. Great product! I would highly recommend.

A Fabulous Product!

Just excellent for night vision hog hunting and general security purposes. Would have given it 5 stars but the screen blinks on low power. These optics are light, easy to operate and a great bargain when compared to other night vision binoculars.

ATN Binox break 2 week warranty, 3 week lifespan

I admit good pictures. However, the circuit breaks after three weeks. Mine broke the first time I took it to a park. Maybe they cannot handle Real heat? I suggest save your money. I contacted the company, but it takes a day to respond with incomplete answers. When I got it in the mail, I had to adjust the lens to get a clear picture. I did not check, but the company could do a how-to-use video explaining how to set it up straight out of the box.
