Molle TQ holder
Its a simple design, easy to install and sturdy construction. i picked the multi-cam and it looked great. the elastic bands feel like they'll last a while. the shipping even during covid was fairly quick
works but has a decent amount of wiggle
So it hold fine but make sure you have a solid molle base. If it’s on a floppier base (front of a carrier or a non-backed belt) it can walk out and be a bear to draw from. Works great though if set right

Very secure
Like others say, must be fully molle'd to something (through both loops) or else it will rotate and bind when you try to retrieve. However, if it is secured well to a belt, pack or other, it holds a tourniquet very well. Keeps it in place during running, jumping and rolling around. I find it easy enough to retrieve one handed though, so not too tight.
Pros:
- Secure
Cons:
- Must be fully attached

Decent Tourniquet Holder
For its price and quality of materials it’s hard to beat but there’s a few quirks. Both straps on the holder have be against a MOLLE strip or the tourniquet will be very difficult to remove. So you need 3 MOLLE strips and if you have 2 then you can only draw the TQ from one direction. It also requires backing for the MOLLE strips so it can’t be mounted to something like an AR500 laser cummerbund. I bought this to mount on the side of an HSGI Bleeder pouch and it works ok. I can retrieve it fairly quickly but I had to mount it low to be able to pull the TQ up and out since the pouch doesn’t have enough webbing to install it properly. Other than my lack of forethought it works great

Very secure. Too secure?
I picked up a few of these since the price is right. Tourniquets are relatively cheap and light. Why not have 2-3??
It's secure and the tourniquet doesn't move around much. Gripe or suggestion, have a system that you can QUICKLY undo with one hand, just in case. This would work, but not as fast as my other tourniquet holder. In a worst case scenario where one hand/arm is severely injured, I'm reaching for something faster like my HSG "EOD" pouch. If I can use both hands, this product is adequate.
Obviously, one hopes we'll never need to use this.

Great TQ holder
Got this to add to my plate carrier. It’s a little hard to install/thread through the molle. It fits very well and holds a TQ very well. It’s very easy to remove the TQ from the holder as well. I’d highly recommend this for a plate carrier or battle belt setup.

Blue force tourniquet is a winner
Awesome product. I use these for tourniquets, mace, flashlights, and leather man. Works super easy attaching to molle points. The elastic is very strong so it keeps things tight in my bag pack without coming loose. I highly recommend.
