Well Machined Flash Hider
Added this flash hider to my first AR-10 build. Most 3 prong flash hiders, especially in this price range have a significant "ring" to them after firing. This is naturally going to happen with a product designed almost identically to a tuning fork. I'm not a machinist but from what I understand, it takes a lot of extra engineering to eliminate this effect which is why some of these flash hiders run in the $200+ range. That is NOT the case with this flash hider, I am wildly impressed with the machining quality of this device and the job it does minimizing flash. I'll be picking up a few more of these for my other ARs.

Another winner from Breek
This looks exactly like I hoped it would. It matches my Faxon match series finish perfectly. The only negative I have found so far is the wrench flats are 13/16" instead of the standard 5/8" but it's not that big of a deal, just another trip out to the garage. Machining is on point and flawless. Min...

Looks Cool, Rings Bad
I bought this muzzle device because I specifically wanted a three prong device for my AR15. Reading reviews that say it doesn't ring, I bought it. I also bought it because I thought the external threads for a suppressor would be a standard size, 1/2X28, but I misread and realized that the external t...

Very solid
I was expecting more tings because of the reviews. I am not sure if are all reviewing the same versions. It was not as bad as I expected. I do also have the blast shield. Both look great. Feel great. Great price. Just all good things.

Breek Arms flash hider
Flesh hider works well, reduces recoil noticeably
and looks good. Priced reasonably.

Breek Arms flash hider
Does great with flash suppression. Reasonably priced and finished well. If you even look at it, you will hear go "ting" like a tuning fork. The blast forwarding device is a plus if you get it.
Pros:
- Flash hiding
Cons:
- Annoying sound

Flash hider muzzle device
Needed a muzzle brake for competition shooting and this flash hider does a great job of keeping the fireballs down while shooting spicy ammo.

Breek arms 3FO 3 prong flash hider
As a flash hider, the Breek arms 3FO flash hider works well. Also has the added benefit of accepting the Breek arms blast shield which is why you bought it afterall. THE DOWNSIDE IS this flash hider pings like a tuning fork. Not as bad as some, but if you are looking for a 3 prong flash hider that does not ping. This is Not it.
Pros:
- Flash is reduced. Accepts blast shield.
Cons:
- Pings when used without blast shield.
Best Used for:
- Average flash hider.
Would recommend: No
3 prong flash hider
Fits great, aligns perfectly. Does have a ring like a tuning fork but no big deal!

3 Prong is the Bomb
I prefer the 3 prong flash hider for its aesthetics, it just makes my 10.5-inch AR pistol-tool soooo sexi aaand If you're a considerate indoor shooter you'll buy the Castle blast shield for it to direct the blast from a short barrel forward instead of sideways. One more thing, if you run out of pew pew you can use the 3 prongs like a bayonet to stab zombies in the noggin. As far as the ringing goes, I don't hear anything but a loud bang.
Pros:
- Build feels like very good quality
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- AR Platform
Would recommend: Yes

My thoughts
I have seen and used several of these three prong flash hiders. When they are use with surpressors they are awesome but if you are not. They have a ring to them after every shot. This includes the surefire three prong war comp. I'm not saying don't buy them I'm just saying I don't want that ring after every shot. For many reasons and for those who know , know why
Pros:
- Hides flash very well
Cons:
- Rings
Best Used for:
- With surpressor
Would recommend: Yes
