Glass is very clear,Turrets are crisp. Highly recommend this product.!/4 MOA adjustment are excellent. Parrelax is very helpful at longer distances. Reticle is clear at all settings. The 50mm objective lens allows more light in. Turrets come with zero stops and adjustment tools as well.

The scope mounts up nicely to my new Ruger precision 6.5 Creedmoor was able to sight in with only five shots at 100 yards 5th shot Red-X bullseye, just need to get used to zero stop adjustments don't forget small Allen key when you go to sight it in.
Pros:
- First focal plane definite advantage for target shooting and game.
Cons:
- Don't care for flip up dust cover caps but I guess better than nothing.
Best Used for:
- Target and hunting medium to long-range.
- Target shooting and hunting medium to long Ranch.

I ordered the 4-20 with the varminter reticle from OpticsPlanet in August, when scope was on sale and with $100 Burris rebate. Imounted on a very accurate 6x45 AR. Glass is very bright and clear. Within a minute at the range, I was knocking out dimes at 100’. Love the ffp retical. I am anxious to run it out to 500’, and set the zero stop, and let the varmints try to hide.
Pros:
- value for $$
- Retical is fantastic

So the scope is great, just don't forget the Allen wrench when you sight in. Out of box this was about 6" high off my LR308. Then I realized I couldn't lower the adjustment without the wrench because of a zero stop. Next issue, the instructions for adjusting suck. You have to loosen the screws, turn just past the zero stop crown, then press down and re-tighten. None of that is listed in the directions. All that aside. Once set this thing rocks. Very clear. Good eye relief. First focal plane. Much nicer imo than the HS-T I put on a similar build for about the same price on sale. Very robust and heavy. Keep that in mind. first go gave me a 5 shot group all touching with American gunner 155gr. Does the job.
Pros:
- Accurate
- eye relief
- Clear
- FFP

So far so good. I was having second thoughts as this is going on a 6.5 creedmoor and I want to take it over 1000 yards. I don't foresee any issues at this point. I was also worried about this version not being the "tactical" model as its going in a semi AR. But it feels has a similar feel to my XTR but at half the cost. Their are obviously differences but they have the same feel and picture. I think this is going to be an all around great scope and at his point I'm glad and decided to save the extra $600 i was going to spend on a more expensive scope. I will update this review if I have any issues as its only been out to 600 yards but I was only on 15x power and banging plates was child's play. We will see how it does at higher power once I start getting over a thousand yards.
Cons:
- no illumination capabilities

Great scope, very clear optic. Running this on my precision 6.5 Grendel AR. 25 power is great for those longer range shots. Very clear glass, well built scope. Also bought a set of Burris rings to set it in, very happy with those too.

Very sharp and clear. Seems easier to pick up the aiming point than the scope I switched out. The sun was on my right at @ 2:00 and I did not need the shade. Shot some very decent groups this first time out.

Got this to use shooting prairie dogs. Problem with ballistic reticles on more common second focal plane scopes is that the vast majority of them only work at maximum magnification. This makes it difficult to find prairie dogs because the field of view is so small at max mag range of most varmint-specific scopes. The front focal plane of this scope solves that problem, because with the FFP design, the holdover marks represent the same distance regardless of the magnification setting. First trip to the range showed the picture to be very good, but slightly lower quality (mostly darker) than a Leupold VX-3 6.5-20. The reticle was thin enough to see the 1" squares of the target at 300 yards without obscuring it, at 25x. I haven't spent enough time to know exactly where each holdover hits, and my range only goes to 300 yards, so final confirmation will occur on a prairie dog town this summer. Overall happy with it as it's the cheapest decent quality FFP varmint scope out there. It is quite a large scope, but that's not problem on a long range target/prairie dog gun which will mostly be sitting on a rest during shooting. Had to use the LaRue Tactical SPR-E LT139 instead of their standard LT-104 to get it far enough forward to operate the charging handle and shoot NTCH.
Pros:
- front focal plane
- crisp adjustments
Best Used for:
- long range prairie dog shooting
