It's not very practical and a little bit expensive. But if you have in mind something futuristic on your next build, that is it. Definitely recommended.
Screw won't fit

Overall, this is good looking. solid grip for AK. Just keep in mind the screw has wrong thread and won't fit. You will need to find a right screw to put this grip on.

I tried this mount on WASR, PSA, VSKA. It does not fit anything. Completely useless. There is nothing to attach this mount to AK pattern firearm.

It seems like this handguard works fine on PSA 101 at least. The install was easy. The fit is tight. Not wobbly at all. Will see about longevity.
